🐶 2 DOGS MAXIMUM • NO PETS OTHER THAN DOGS ALLOWED. • $99 per stay per dog. • Please contact us if you'd like to inquire about bringing more than two dogs. • Dogs are not allowed on the bed and couch. • Dogs are not to be left alone without a crate. 🐻 DANGEROUS WILDLIFE 🐻 The Smoky Mountains has black bears, northern copperhead snakes, timber rattlesnakes, wild boar, bobcat, and- although not 100% verified- it is widely believed there are some ultra-elusive mountain lions that make their way through the night woods! The snakes can be poisonous but not deadly, and bears are always avoidable with good decision making. NEVER enter the woods at night, and educate yourself on how to act around a bear or other dangerous animal. 🛡️ There is an outdoor camera towards the driveway for the security of everyone. ⚠️ Refunds are not provided for disruptions due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond the host's control.
